Nui Tuong Education is dedicated to supporting young people as they navigate their educational journeys. Our mission is to provide resources and opportunities that empower them to reach their full potential. Over 8 years, Nui Tuong has been privileged to support hundreds of students in achieving their academic and personal goals. Through programs focused on children’s opportunities of learning, such as mentorship, scholarship, or skill development, we have witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of education.
Each member of the Core Team (our long-term students) will receive:
- Leadership and management skills training
- English language skills training
- Tourism guide skills training
- Communication and marketing skills training
- Support in applying for short-term and long-term courses in Vietnam and abroad
- Support in applying to prestigious universities: Fulbright, UMT, Academy of music, etc.
- Counseling on personal development, habit building, and career orientation
Key figures Over the past 8 years, Nui Tuong has:
- Positively impacted 400 children
- Worked with 200 Vietnamese and international volunteers
Empowering the Core Team In 2023, the Core Team experienced significant growth and development. The team has expanded and matured considerably after navigating the challenges posed by the pandemic. Now, they are poised to take on new challenges and opportunities.
In 2023, we have:
- increased the number of Core Team members to 11
- helped 50 children develop their English skills
- connected 30 children with suitable mentors in terms of their personalities and expectations.
- offered 70-100% discounts to 10 students to join the summer program
- kicked off the FutureU project and offered a series of social skills training to 40 local children aged 9-16
- helped 1 volunteer win an 85% scholarship to Fulbright University and 2 Core Team students, each of them win 200 million VND scholarship to UMT VietNam, an equivalent of approximately 401 million VND
