Our top priority and vital mission is to develop and empower local youth. We nurture them to become future leaders capable of running and managing the community through sustainable business practices. They are equipped with a global mindset, leadership abilities, business operation skills, problem-solving capabilities, critical thinking, a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, and maintain both physical and mental wellbeing. Currently, there are two core team generations. The first group consists of 12 members aged 16-20. After many years of learning and training, they now handle most of the classes for younger students, including English, arts, music, and social skills. They are also involved in marketing, designing tours, and providing customer service for tourism sites. The second generation comprises about 9 students aged 11-13. They are learning skills such as teamwork, environmental awareness, and other hands-on abilities. Each generation will be responsible for passing on their skills to the next.
